I was born and raised in Southeastern Kentucky and thoroughly enjoy being back in the mountains. At 29 years old I finally understood what was missing in my life and accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior. Since that time, God has blessed me with an incredible wife, Angie, and three beautiful children. God has called us to serve Him through foster care for the past several years and brought us back to Whitesburg First Baptist in July of 2015.
I received a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Counseling degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and currently serve as a minister and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.
